The MinvodyEXPO exhibition centre is located in close proximity to Mineralnye Vody Airport on the M-29 Caucasus Highway.

Personal transportation/taxis:
The journey time from Mineralnye Vody Airport to the MinvodyEXPO exhibition centre is 10–15 minutes by car, while the drive from the Mineralnye Vody railway station is 15–20 minutes.
Non-accredited personal vehicles and taxis may pick up and drop off passengers at checkpoint 1 by the entrance to the MinvodyEXPO exhibition centre. However, they may not enter the MinvodyEXPO exhibition centre.
Non-accredited vehicles have access to the parking area on 15, Avtomobilnaya Ulitsa. You can get to the venue by taxi or shuttle bus. A free shuttle bus will run from the off-site parking area to the MinvodyEXPO and back.

Vehicle rental rates for the duration of the event
- Prices include all taxes and fees. The rental price includes the paid parking in the airport area
- The minimum number of days for renting a vehicle is 2 days
- The minimum number of additional hours over two days is 6 hours
- Vehicle reservations require a 100% non-refundable prepayment
