Applications to participate in the Investment Award competition will continue until 22 April 2024. The Caucasus Investment Forum Award is bestowed upon investment projects and companies contributing to the economic development and investment potential of Russia’s regions.
The award recognizes projects for outstanding innovation, advanced technological solutions, efficient use of resources, and the significance of their impact on social and economic development in the regions.
Nominations can be made in eleven categories:
- Best innovation investment project
- Best tourism investment project
- Best agricultural investment project
- Best youth investment startup
- Best healthcare project
- Best educational project
- Most sustainable investment project
- Best socio-ecological investment project
- Best infrastructure project
- Best small and medium-sized business project
- Nomination for most thorough coverage of investment processes in Russia
Personal nominations for the Investment Award can be made for outstanding contributions in investment and finance and will be geared towards investors, entrepreneurs, financial analysts, and consultants.
The procedure for submitting applications online and the criteria for selecting projects are detailed on the website.
Winners will be chosen by an independent jury of prominent government officials, entrepreneurs, and investment, business, and innovation experts.
The best projects will receive trophies, grants, scholarships, or investment from the competition partners. The winners will receive access to consulting and financial support to further develop their project.
The Caucasus Investment Forum Award is being organized by the Roscongress Foundation with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
“This year will mark the first time the exhibition is held as an annual forum, and consequently we have sought participants from further afield and established a special Investment Award designed to strengthen ties between regions. The Caucasus Investment Forum Award recognizes significant investment projects contributing to economic growth and job creation in Russia’s regions. The winners will be given the unique opportunity to present their projects to the business community, investors, and experts, thus contributing to continued project development and improved business relations,” Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Maxim Reshetnikov said.
