JSC «SME Bank» is the specialized state bank. The key areas of activity are lending to small and medium–sized enterprises, including within the framework of state financial support programs. The company is actively engaged in breeding aimed at improving the number of sheep and creating highly efficient cattle.

Damate produces meat with Halal certificates from ICSC Halal, GulfTIC-ICSC and SFDA Halal Center that complies with modern safety and quality standards.

«Sady Stavropol’ya» LLC is the largest Russian modern full-cycle fruit nursery for growing high-quality planting material according to international standards.

The production volume is more than 3.5 million healthy seedlings per year for intensive and traditional gardening adapted to the Russian climate.

«Sady Stavropol’ya» is based in the Stavropol Territory and has subsidiaries in the North Caucasus Federal District:

- in the Stavropol Territory - Stavropol Fruit Valley LLC, more than 330 hectares of stone and seed crops have been laid, it is planned to increase to 700 hectares and the construction of a modern fruit storage facility for 30 thousand tons.

- in the Karachay-Cherkessia Republic - LLC "Gardens of Karachay-Cherkesia", a garden has been laid on an area of 203.7 hectares, the largest modern intensive pear garden in Russia.

LLC "Arkhyz Fruit Logistics" is an intensive type garden on an area of more than 1000 hectares, of which more than 300 hectares have already been laid and the construction of a fruit storage facility for 60 thousand tons.

All gardens are laid exclusively from domestic planting material.

- in the Kabardino-Balkaria Republic - LLC "Kurortny Sad" Cool, reconstruction of a wholesale distribution center, a seedling storage facility for 5 million seedlings and a fruit storage facility with a capacity of 20 thousand tons.

LLC "Trading House "Sady Stavropol’ya" is the only trading company for the sale of products grown in the gardens of LLC "Gardens of Karachay-Cherkesia", LLC "Stavropol Fruit Valley" and LLC "Arkhyz Fruit Logistics". To date, contracts have been signed with all the leading retailers of the country. Also, the first deliveries to Belarus and Kazakhstan were made in 2022.

The North-Caucasus Federal University is the largest higher education institution in the North Caucasus Federal District, it has been a participant in the “Priority 2030” strategic academic leadership programme since 2021, and initiated the creation of the Consortium of the North-Caucasus higher education institutions “Human capital and new economy for multi-ethnic regions”, which brought together 21 universities from across the macro-region.

More than 100 research projects are carried out each year in 59 research laboratories.
